Magnus Wassén joined Neuraxpharm in April 2021 from Viatris, a global healthcare company recently formed through the merger of Mylan and Upjohn, where he had been Head of External Affairs & Market Access for Sweden.
Magnus has several years of experience leading various divisions in pharmaceutical companies, including Wyeth, now Pfizer, and Allergan, with a diverse knowledge of the CNS area. He has more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and is a proven expert in market access, launching and marketing of pharmaceuticals in the Nordic region and in leading teams in transformation.
Magnus holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Uppsala, Sweden. With a dual citizenship (Swedish and Canadian), he has a long experience in Canada, the Nordics and in Sweden in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Market Access Management.
