NeuraxFoundation

The NeuraxFoundation was set up initially in Germany in 2014 as the corporate social responsibility arm of neuraxpharm Arzneimittel GmbH, our German operations.

The original idea of the NeuraxFoundation was to enhance the supply of medicine by providing information and social support to the Neuraxpharm community while raising awareness of CNS-related diseases.

Since that time, this non-profit commitment has built up a considerable following, becoming the ‘umbrella’ CSR instrument for the whole group, and is in the process of being rolled out across all our operations.

We work with an innate passion and perseverance to move health forward for our customers and patients across the globe.

Our Code of Ethics

Neuraxpharm has a Code of Ethics that works as an internal corporate regulation of the highest level and establishes the principles and ethical values, as well as the guidelines of conduct, that must be respected in any activities in which a company of the Group participates or which affect a Company of the Group.

Our Code of Ethics for Third Parties​

Neuraxpharm’s Code of Ethics for Third Parties is an extension of Neuraxpharm’s Code of Ethics. Its purpose is to establish guidelines ethical standards for suppliers, customers, contractors and external collaborators in accordance with Neuraxpharm’s corporate culture and regulatory system, and in line with the laws of each of the countries where Neuraxpharm operates, respecting the values of their respective cultures.

Ethics and compliance channel

We believe that transparency and trust are essential to the sustainability and long-term success of the company. With this aim, Neuraxpharm has made available a secure and confidential contact process, the Whistleblowing channel.

This channel offers an opportunity for employees, customers, suppliers and other external partners to notify us of illegal behaviour such as anticompetitive practices, breach of environmental regulations, harassment, corruption and discrimination as well as dubious activities in their environment or behaviour that do not conform to our Code of Ethics.
