Neuraxpharm undertakes to process your personal data as long as it is useful and necessary in order to offer you a quality service. Therefore, Neuraxpharm will make all reasonable and appropriate efforts to minimise the time it takes to process and store your personal data.

- To whom will we disclose your personal data?
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except to suppliers who provide us services for the proper rendering of the services we provide. Neuraxpharm may also disclose your personal data to public bodies and authorities (administrative or judicial) in cases where a legal obligation applies.
We inform you that the data you have provided us may be disclosed to the group of companies that are part of Neuraxpharm Group for internal administrative purposes.
5.- What are your rights concerning your personal data and how can you exercise them?
At any time, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Under certain circumstances, you may request that we limit the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. Neuraxpharm will cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of any claims.

Neuraxpharm has implemented all appropriate security measures to ensure that no loss, alteration, misuse or unauthorised access to the personal data being processed occurs. Neuraxpharm periodically reviews the security measures applied to ensure that they are at all times appropriate in relation to the processing it carries out.
Notwithstanding the above, internet use is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
