Charles is a seasoned M&amp;A professional with 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate M&amp;A in the pharmaceutical industry, across multiple geographies, including the US, Germany and Spain.<\/p><p>Before joining Neuraxpharm, Charles was Global Head of M&amp;A and Corporate Development at Almirall (2019-2021) and prior to this he was Vice President, Head of M&amp;A, Pharma General Medicine &amp; Animal Health at Bayer AG (2010-2019).
