Dr Dierks har 30 \u00e5rs erfarenhet inom sjukv\u00e5rd och har haft flera ledande befattningar inom l\u00e4kemedelsindustrin. Han b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 Neuraxpharm 2018 efter att ha varit Chief Executive Officer (CEO) f\u00f6r Meda, ett svenskt l\u00e4kemedelsf\u00f6retag, sedan 2013.<\/p>

J\u00f6rg var Chief Operating Officer f\u00f6r Meda fr\u00e5n 2005 och tilltr\u00e4dde \u00e4ven rollen som Chief Scientific Officer under en tid. Han var avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r verksamhetens tillv\u00e4xt under m\u00e5nga \u00e5r och ledde f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till Mylan f\u00f6r 10 miljarder dollar 2016. Innan J\u00f6rg b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 Meda var han Chief Operating Officer p\u00e5 Viatris som \u00e4r ett l\u00e4kemedelsf\u00f6retag med s\u00e4te i Tyskland.<\/p>

J\u00f6rg f\u00f6ddes i Bad Kreuznach, Tyskland och tog examen fr\u00e5n Johannes-Gutenberg-Universit\u00e4t zu Mainz inom medicin. Detta inkluderade ett \u00e5rs arbete p\u00e5 ett sjukhus i Koblenz 1986 som d\u00e4rmed gav honom titeln l\u00e4kare. Ett \u00e5r senare tilldelades J\u00f6rg titeln Medicine doktor.
