Trasferimenti di Valore (ToV), diretti o indiretti, effettuati nei confronti di Organizzazioni Sanitarie (HCO) e Operatori Sanitari (HCP).\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><b>Organizzazioni Sanitarie (HCO)<br \/><\/b>Rispetto a tali enti, la Societ\u00e0 pu\u00f2 dar luogo a trasferimenti di valore per sostenere progetti di ricerca, formazione e miglioramento della qualit\u00e0 dei servizi sanitari. Il perimetro di ciascun intervento viene reso pubblico, unitamente alla relativa documentazione, in linea con l\u2019attenzione costante che la Societ\u00e0 dedica alla trasparenza e all\u2019etica nei rapporti con gli stakeholder.&#8221;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><b>Operatori Sanitari (HCP) <br \/><\/b>Rispetto a tali destinatari, i trasferimenti di valore sono resi noti nel rispetto dei precisi doveri e obblighi di chiarezza e trasparenza cui la Societ\u00e0 si attiene con costanza.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>I trasferimenti di valore, ordinariamente, prendono la forma di compensi per la partecipazione a congressi ed eventi assimilabili, consulenze su aree terapeutiche, c.d. \u201cvideo pillole\u201d, <i>advisory board<\/i> e attivit\u00e0 di <i>training<\/i>.<\/p><p>La Societ\u00e0 opera in Italia.<\/p><p>Il presente documento \u00e8 accessibile sul Portale web della Societ\u00e0 e si applica ai Trasferimenti di Valore (ToV) effettuati nell\u2019anno 2024 verso gli <i>stakeholder<\/i> sopra individuati.<\/p><p><b>Trasferimenti di Valore &#8211; Categorie<\/b><\/p><table><tbody><tr><td><p><b>Categoria<\/b><\/p><\/td><td><p><b>Attivit\u00e0<\/b><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Donazioni<\/p><\/td><td><ul><li>Studi no profit<\/li><li>Borse di Studio\/Grant<\/li><li>Donazioni<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>ToV per Eventi<\/p><\/td><td><ul><li>Hospital Meeting<\/li><li>Congressi<\/li><li>Accordi di sponsorizzazione\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Oneri per spese correlate:<\/p><ul><li>Quote di iscrizione\u00a0<\/li><li>Oneri di viaggio e ospitalit\u00e0<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>ToV per consulenze e prestazioni professionali<\/p><\/td><td><p>Compensi per:<\/p><ul><li>Incarichi da relatore<\/li><li>consulenze su aree terapeutiche<\/li><li>realizzazione di c.d. \u201cvideo pillole\u201d<\/li><li>advisory board<\/li><li>training\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Oneri per spese correlate:<\/p><ul><li>Costi di viaggio e ospitalit\u00e0<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>R&amp;D<\/p><\/td><td><p>n.a.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Ricerca e sviluppo<\/p><\/td><td><p>n.a.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p>Qualora gli HCP non abbiano preso alcuna parte agli eventi cui dovevano partecipare, i relativi oneri non vengono indicati.<\/p><p>Nel caso di eventi cancellati (per qualsiasi ragione), i ToV allocati vengono indicati nel report. Le relative penali non vengono riportate.\u00a0<\/p><p>Reclutamento diretto: nel caso di quote di iscrizione non fruite, le stesse vengono dichiarate a favore del soggetto di riferimento (HCO\/Provider ECM, ecc.).<\/p><p><b>Esclusioni<\/b><\/p><p>Sono esclusi dall\u2019obbligo di pubblicazione i trasferimenti di valore connessi ai farmaci OTC, nonch\u00e9 quelli relativi al materiale promozionale, ai pasti, alle bevande ad ai campioni di medicinali.\u00a0<\/p><p>I ToV relativi ad Associazioni di Pazienti e Pazienti esperti sono gestiti in conformit\u00e0 a quanto previsto al punto 7.20 del Codice Deontologico Egualia.\u00a0<\/p><p><b><i>Report<\/i><\/b><b> &#8211; periodicit\u00e0<\/b><\/p><p>I trasferimenti di valore effettuati nel corso di un esercizio vengono resi noti entro il mese di giugno dell\u2019anno seguente, e sono corredati dalla relativa nota metodologica.<\/p><p><b>Dati Personali<\/b><\/p><p>Neuraxpharm tratta i dati personali nel rispetto dalla normativa vigente.<\/p><p>I dati personali delle persone fisiche vengono pubblicati nel report solo nel caso cui in cui i diretti Interessati abbiano previamente prestato espresso consenso al riguardo.\u00a0<\/p><p>In mancanza di consenso, vengono pubblicati dati in forma aggregata.<\/p><p>I soggetti destinatari dei trasferimenti di valore possono, in ogni momento, revocare il consenso alla <i>disclosure<\/i> dei loro dati personali, anche in ossequio ai dettami del Reg. UE 679\/2016 e della vigente normativa in tema di trattamento dei dati personali. La revoca del consenso pu\u00f2 essere comunicata da ogni Interessato inviando la relativa richiesta al seguente recapito:\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:neuraxpharm@pec.it\">neuraxpharm@pec.it<\/a>\u00a0<\/p><p>A seguito della revoca del consenso, i dati pubblicati verranno aggiornati e riportati in forma aggregata.<\/p><p><b>Metodologia<\/b><\/p><p>I ToV indicati nel <i>report<\/i> si riferiscono a prestazioni avvenute e concluse nel periodo (anno) di interesse, nel rispetto del criterio di competenza.<\/p><p>Per quanto concerne gli eventi la data di riferimento indicata nel report \u00e8 quella in cui l\u2019evento (se giornaliero) si \u00e8 tenuto ovvero &#8211; nel caso di eventi articolati in pi\u00f9 giornate &#8211; in cui l\u2019evento si \u00e8 concluso.<\/p><p>Gli importi sono indicati al netto dell\u2019Iva ed al lordo dell\u2019eventuale Ritenuta di acconto.<\/p><p>La valuta di riferimento \u00e8 l\u2019Euro (\u20ac).<\/p><p>La lingua del <i>report<\/i> \u00e8 quella italiana.<\/p><p>Tutti i documenti sottesi al <i>report<\/i>, salve diverse prescrizioni di legge, vengono conservati per dieci (10) anni, calcolati dal termine dell\u2019anno solare cui il <i>report<\/i> si riferisce. I ToV rimarranno in chiaro sul sito internet di Neuraxpharm per tre (3)
