Grazie ad uno specifico pattern di glicosilazione del frammento Fc, ublituximab mostra un\u2019aumentata affinit\u00e0 per Fc\u03b3RIIIa (CD16) e una maggiore citolisi cellulare anticorpo-dipendente diretta contro le cellule B. Ref2<\/sup> Ublituximab induce la lisi delle cellule B CD20+ principalmente tramite citotossicit\u00e0 cellulo\u2011mediata anticorpo\u2011dipendente (antibody\u2011dependent cell\u2011mediated cytotoxicity , ADCC) e, in misura minore, tramite citotossicit\u00e0 complemento\u2011dipendente (complement\u2011dependent cytotoxicity CDC).2<\/sup><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
