Stres je b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm n\u00e1sledkem modern\u00edho, ru\u0161n\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Zasahuje do pr\u00e1ce, domova a vztah\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm mnoha spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00edch mechanizm\u016f, kter\u00e9 se \u010dasto vymykaj\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed kontrole.<\/p>\n

\u017divot se stresem je skute\u010dnost\u00ed \u017eivota a v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s ho za\u017eije p\u0159i reakci na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu, jako jsou neshody, probl\u00e9my ve vztaz\u00edch nebo tlak v pr\u00e1ci. \u00darove\u0148 stresu m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161it nakupen\u00ed men\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, obecn\u011b je ale stres n\u011bco, co \u010dasem ustoup\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Li\u0161\u00ed se od \u00fazkosti, co\u017e je p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed pocit znepokojen\u00ed i pot\u00e9, co stresuj\u00edc\u00ed okam\u017eik nebo obdob\u00ed pominou. M\u016f\u017ee p\u0159er\u016fst v \u00fazkostnou poruchu nebo depresi.<\/p>\n

Stres je p\u0159irozenou lidskou funkc\u00ed, kdy t\u011blo uvol\u0148uje hormony k p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b na reakci \u201e\u00fat\u011bk nebo boj\u201c na ud\u00e1losti. Nyn\u00ed ale \u017eijeme v dob\u011b, kdy je kladen v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u016fraz na \u00fasp\u011bchy, materi\u00e1ln\u00ed statky a postaven\u00ed, co\u017e vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v\u00edce stresov\u00fdch bod\u016f.<\/p>\n

\u00darove\u0148 stresu mohou zintenzivnit soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a nav\u00edc byl sv\u011bt vystaven dal\u0161\u00edmu tlaku v d\u016fsledku pandemie COVID-19, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ehodnotila ka\u017ed\u00fd aspekt \u017eivota, pova\u017eovan\u00fd d\u0159\u00edve za samoz\u0159ejm\u00fd.<\/p>\n

Zjevn\u00fdm zdrojem stresu je pr\u00e1ce s jej\u00edmi pevn\u00fdmi term\u00edny a c\u00edli. Kampa\u0148 EndStress.EU, kterou zah\u00e1jily evropsk\u00e9 odborov\u00e9 svazy, uv\u00e1d\u00ed: \u201eStres se stal epidemi\u00ed. V\u00edce ne\u017e polovina v\u0161ech vynechan\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch dn\u016f v EU je zp\u016fsobena pracovn\u00edm stresem. Je \u010das na novou EU sm\u011brnici pro psychosoci\u00e1ln\u00ed rizika na pracovi\u0161ti.\u201c<\/p>\n
