Zas\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed \u2013 p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd marketing<\/h3><ul><li><strong>6.1.<\/strong> \u00da\u010del: v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee n\u00e1m ud\u011bl\u00edte v\u00fdslovn\u00fd dobrovoln\u00fd souhlas, budeme V\u00e1m zas\u00edlat vybran\u00e9 informace o produktech a slu\u017eb\u00e1ch Neuraxpharm a dal\u0161\u00ed informace t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se Neuraxpharm. Budeme tak\u00e9 sledovat otv\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161ich zpr\u00e1v a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 prokliky. Pr\u00e1va a zp\u016fsoby jejich uplatn\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3><ul><li><strong>9.1.<\/strong> Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b bezpe\u010dnosti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a ochrany osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f p\u0159ijala Neuraxpharm vhodn\u00e1 technick\u00e1 a organiza\u010dn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 sleduj\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj technick\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f, je\u017e p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k bezpe\u010dnosti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm k p\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edstupu k osobn\u00edm \u00fadaj\u016fm, jejich zcizen\u00ed nebo zneu\u017eit\u00ed.<\/li><li><strong>9.2.<\/strong> P\u0159i ve\u0161ker\u00e9m zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f m\u00e1 kupuj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u00e1va zaru\u010den\u00e1 t\u00edmto \u010dl\u00e1nkem.<\/li><li><strong>9.3.<\/strong> Pr\u00e1vo na p\u0159\u00edstup k osobn\u00edm \u00fadaj\u016fm \u2013 pr\u00e1vo na to, aby V\u00e1m Neuraxpharm bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu p\u0159edala informace o tom, kter\u00e9 Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje jsou zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny, jak\u00fd je \u00fa\u010del, p\u0159\u00edjemci, doba a pou\u010den\u00ed o pr\u00e1vech.<\/li><li><strong>9.4.<\/strong> Pr\u00e1vo na opravu \u2013 pr\u00e1vo na to, aby Neuraxpharm bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu opravila nep\u0159esn\u00e9 osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje nebo doplnil chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/li><li><strong>9.5.<\/strong> Pr\u00e1vo na v\u00fdmaz (\u201epr\u00e1vo b\u00fdt zapomenut\u201c) \u2013 pr\u00e1vo na to, aby Neuraxpharm bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu vymazala osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 se v\u00e1s t\u00fdkaj\u00ed.<\/li><li><strong>9.6.<\/strong> Pr\u00e1vo na omezen\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f \u2013 pr\u00e1vo kupuj\u00edc\u00edho na to, aby Neuraxpharm omezila zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, pokud jsou napln\u011bny po\u017eadavky \u010dl\u00e1nku 18 GDPR (nap\u0159\u00edklad je pop\u0159ena p\u0159esnost \u00fadaj\u016f, byla vznesena n\u00e1mitka apod.).<\/li><li><strong>9.7.<\/strong> Pr\u00e1vo na p\u0159enositelnost \u00fadaj\u016f \u2013 pr\u00e1vo z\u00edskat osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 se v\u00e1s t\u00fdkaj\u00ed a kter\u00e9 jste poskytli Neuraxpharm a kter\u00e9 se zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed automatizovan\u011b na z\u00e1klad\u011b va\u0161eho souhlasu nebo smlouvy, ve strukturovan\u00e9m, b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9m a strojov\u011b \u010diteln\u00e9m form\u00e1tu, pr\u00e1vo p\u0159edat tyto \u00fadaje jin\u00e9mu spr\u00e1vci a pr\u00e1vo na to, aby osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje byly p\u0159ed\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00edmo druh\u00e9mu spr\u00e1vci, je-li to technicky provediteln\u00e9.<\/li><li><strong>9.8.<\/strong> Pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e9 se V\u00e1s t\u00fdkaj\u00ed. Neuraxpharm osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje d\u00e1le nezpracov\u00e1v\u00e1, pokud neprok\u00e1\u017ee z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 d\u016fvody pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed nad Va\u0161imi z\u00e1jmy nebo pr\u00e1vy a svobodami, nebo pro ur\u010den\u00ed, v\u00fdkon nebo obhajobu pr\u00e1vn\u00edch n\u00e1rok\u016f. Pokud jsou osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1ny pro \u00fa\u010dely p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho marketingu, m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st kdykoli n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f k takov\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010delu, co\u017e zahrnuje i profilov\u00e1n\u00ed.
